Terms & conditions – things you should know

All rates are intended per person and day inclusive of all Edelweiss inclusive services, taxes and fees. A surcharge of 15% per person and night applies for stays of less than 3 days.
Arrival and departure: The rooms will be at your disposal from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. We request, that you vacate the rooms before 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Children's reductions are only valid if the children stay in the parent's room.
Dogs: Dogs are welcome for a fee of 8,00 € per day (without dog food). Please note that dogs are not allowed in the sauna, in the pool area or in the restaurant.
Cancellation policy: Please inform us in due time if you need to cancel your holiday. In case of cancellation up to 1 month prior to arrival no cancellation fees are charged. In case of cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the booking value; up to 3 days prior to arrival we charge 80% of the booking value; in case of later cancellation, late arrival or early departure 100% of the booking value is charged.
We recommend purchasing Travel Cancellation Insurance in order to avoid cancellation fees.
Travel cancellation insurance: In order to avoid financial costs in case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. We recommend the European Travel Insurance.
Room number: Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee floor level, location or room number within a certain category. We will however always try to meet your requests.
No-smoking hotel: It is a no-smoking hotel. You can smoke outdoors.
