We are proud to introduce our traditional Restaurant Edelweiss at our hotel. We offer culinary delights with a focus on seasonal products of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine at the entry to Merano. The Edelweiss speciality weeks are very popular amongst our guests. Fresh South Tyrolean asparagus dishes in spring, aromatic mushroom and game dishes in late summer, the traditional gourmet buffet in autumn, and the culinary winter in Hotel Edelweiss are all dedicated to pasta, risotto & Co.

Dine in our 300-year old traditional shingle Stube or in the modern, light-flooded restaurant. During the warm season you can also dine on our terrace.
